Instructions:

  1. Peel and grate the potato and carrot.

  2. Boil potato, carrot, soy chunks and peas.

  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed soybean chunks, potato, carrot, peas, ragi flour, wheat flour, salt, and a pinch of turmeric. Mix well to form a thick batter.

  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  5. Take a spoonful of the batter and shape it into small fritters.

  6. Shallow fry until golden brown on both sides.

  7. Once cooked, remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
