Dragon Fruit originated in central America but is imported currently from Thailand and Vietnam.It has an attractive pink texture on the outside and white and red flesh with black edible seeds on the inside. Its flavour is mildly sweet, like a blend of kiwifruit and pear, and has a crunchy texture.
